PUBLIX SUPERMARKET OPENING SOON AT WALSINGHAM COMMONS

GREENACRES, FLORIDA – Noble Properties announces that Publix Super Market will soon be open for business at
the Walsingham Commons Shopping Center in Largo, Florida.

Publix has been converting the former Albertson’s Grocery Store for the past few months and is expected to open before the end of 2008. 

Publix, the largest grocery store operator in Florida, is expected to increase traffic into the shopping center.  “With Publix operating as the anchor combined with the physical upgrades completed at the center over the past few years, I believe Walsingham Commons has positioned itself as  the ideal neighborhood center to shop and operate in” according to the property manager Ryan Tufts.
