Noble Properties Completes Renovation Of Indian River Shopping Center In Titusville, Florida

NOVEMBER 2007, GREENACRES, FLORIDA – Noble Properties recently completed the renovation of Indian River Shopping Center in Titusville, Florida, which is anchored by Winn Dixie, Family Dollar and Blockbuster. The renovation consisted of a completely new façade, new pylon sign, all new parking lot islands, repairs to asphalt, seal and stripe, and all new landscaping and irrigation. Noble Properties Invested more than $1.5 million dollars Into the renovation. "This shopping center needed to be renovated and sets the standard for Titusville. This renovation is our best renovation to date," commented the Senior Vice President, Paul Forberger.
