NOBLE PROPERTIES MAKES FIRST ACQUISITION OUTSIDE FLORIDA AND OPENS A WEST COAST OFFICE

July 11, 2008 - LAS VEGAS, NV - Noble Properties announces the acquisition of Eastern Courtyards professional plaza located on South Eastern Avenue in Las Vegas. Located in the medical district surrounding Desert Springs Hospital, Eastern Courtyard provides approximately 53,000 square feet to national medical tenants including, Biotech Pharmacy and Desert Radiologists.
