Noble Properties Creates A New Outparcel At Woodlake Plaza

July 1, 2007, GREENACRES, FLORIDA – Noble Properties recently created and sold an outparcel to ABC Fine Wine and Spirits at Woodlake Plaza in Greenacres, Florida. Noble entered into a contract with ABC in October 2006. Peter Sidel, Noble's Corporate Counsel, was instrumental in working with all the different engineers to get all the required approvals from the City of Greenacres in order for them to be able to build a new building. "This deal would not have gotten done without all Peter's hard work and effort," commented the Senior Vice President, Paul Forberger.

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits just received their building permit and will be building a new 8,000 square foot retail store on Lake Worth Road between Olive Garden and Commerce Bank.
