ABC Fine Wine and Spirits is a 8,000 square foot upscale retail store selling wine, alcohol and spirits.   ABC Fine Wine & Spirits is located in the Woodlake Plaza Shopping Center in Greenacres, Florida.

ABC Liquors was founded in 1950 by Jack Holloway in Orlando, Florida.  By 1970, the company maintained not only a growing chain of retail stores, but an increasing number of attached “lounges” in styles from basic neighborhood watering hole, to (in later years) country and western dance bars and discotheques.  Then they took another giant leap forward in the late 1980’s, expanding from central Florida into the northern part of the peninsula with its purchase of Jax Liquors.  Over the past decade, ABC Fine Wine & Spirits has focused on carefully managing its growth; selectively locating new stores, closing some older locations, and remodeling existing structures. Tire Kingdom is a 7,000 square foot tire and auto repair facility is located in the Woodlake Plaza Shopping Center in Greenacres, Florida.

The Company began in 1972 with $150 and 50 consignment tires in a 200 square foot stall at the West Palm Beach Farmer's Market. Over the next several years, Tire Kingdom stores opened in West Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota. By 1988, Tire Kingdom expanded into all major south Florida markets. Tire Kingdom's expansion continued throughout south and central Florida as well as into North Carolina, South Carolina, Louisiana, Georgia, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Ohio.
