The Company founded in 1992, focuses exclusively on the acquisition and management of Neighborhood, Community and Power shopping centers. We have acquired quality shopping centers each year. Our portfolio boasts an occupancy rate approaching 95 percent. All properties are well maintained and provide excellent value for our tenants.

Building on this firm foundation, Noble is committed to additional growth. Our business plan anticipates doubling the size of our portfolio over the next several years. This expansion will allow us to better serve our increasing list of regional and national tenants by placing them in multiple prime locations. Economics of scale will permit us to operate more efficiently.
