Noble Properties is a fast growing, privately owned, Real Estate Investment Company. Noble Properties was founded in 1992 and focuses on the acquisition and management of Anchored Shopping Centers and Medical Office Buildings. Noble Properties is actively seeking properties in the Southeast United States as well as on the West Coast in the states of Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico and California. Our portfolio boasts an occupancy rate of 92 percent. All properties are well maintained and provide excellent value for our tenants.

Building on this firm foundation, Noble is committed to additional growth. Our business plan anticipates doubling the size of our portfolio over the next several years. This expansion will allow us to better serve our increasing list of regional and national tenants by placing them in multiple prime locations. Economies of scale will permit us to operate more efficiently.
