Noble Properties to Renovate West Colonial Oaks in Orlando, FL

Noble Properties is pleased to announce the renovation of West Colonial Oaks Shopping Center in Orlando, FL. This will be a complete renovation of the shopping center to include a new façade, all new under canopy lighting, all new landscaping and the seal and stripe of the parking lot. The renovation is scheduled to commence on August 1st and should be complete within four to six months.

The shopping center is anchored by Home Depot, Office Depot and Family Dollar. Spaces are currently available for lease at the shopping center including a 37,250 square foot anchor space. Please contact the following leasing agent for more details:
