Two Additional Leases Signed at Sunrise Plaza in Brooksville, FL

February 18, 2010, GREENACRES, FLORIDA – Noble Properties announces that two additional leases have been executed at the Sunrise Plaza Shopping Center in Brooksvile, Florida.  A martial arts studio leased 1,260 square feet and a general contractor has leased 1,080 square feet for an office, bringing the total occupancy of the center up to 92% leased.
