Advance America executes Lease for 1,500/sf at the Village Shopping Center in Orange Park, FL

October 14, GREENACRES, FLORIDA – Noble Properties announces that Advance America has signed a 5 year lease to occupy 1,500 square feet of space in the Village Shopping Center located in Orange Park, FL

Advance America is a cash advance provider that has been in operation since 1997 and they have more than 2,800 locations nationwide.  They are relocating an existing location in Orange Park to the shopping center.
